אישור = חתימה על מה שראית. Approval is a signature on what you saw.
שום דבר לא יוצא החוצה בלי שאדם לחץ ואישר — אלא אם הארגון בחר אחרת, במפורש, פעולה-פעולה. Nothing goes out until a person approves it — unless the organization explicitly chose otherwise, action by action.
